Creating a Development Team will be one important step

The FSBS Board is bringing new inputs for the upcoming season and will develop new Ideas for the best of the Federation. No revolution, but good targeted new inputs !

President Jaquemet is looking forward to creating a Development Team that would be in charge for building some administrative and especially sportive concepts to help clubs and board managing their daily business and also developing the playing competences.

Some topics for this DT would be for example (this list is not exhaustive);

- guide structure for integrating new clubs
- strategy of services to the clubs ("clubs as Customers")
- clinics for coaches/players/etc...
- organizing try-outs
- sport events management guide
- introducing BB / SB @ school
- etc...
