| Hi Colin, Thanks for the info on Jan and larry Ward. I was Jans best maid at the wedding and can just about remember the wedding day. Will keep you up to date if I find any further info on their whereabouts. I will be sending photos for publication on the other page as soon as I can retrieve them from my loft. Do you know Charlie Ede he was one of the Cdos who was in our group of friends. Thanks for the web site details. Martha. |

| Hi, Martha I remember you and Gaye Benton from Germany and Singapore. Don’t know where Jan is now, I lived near her until 1978 when we went back to Germany. I was in your car with you Gaye when we sort of bumped into the car in front of us coming out of the big house. |

Re post 90.
Hi Martha,i was a good friend of Jan Barry she married one of my best mates Larry Ward in fact i was there best man.Not heard from them since 1976 but one of the lads bumped into Larry in 84 he and Jan were living in London but unfortunatley he doesn’t have the address. Larry was working for the gaming board at the time. If you get any info regarding there present whereabouts i’d be very grateful if you could let me know as i’ve been trying to find them on and off for the last 5yrs.If you knew any other of the lads from 29 Commando and you want to look them up you may find them on our regimental website COMMANDO GUNNER REGROUP.Regards Colin. |

Just found the site - served in WRAC at Tanglin, from May 1968 to January 1971, when I got married to "Taff" Jones RCT and returned to Germany. Could anyone please put me in touch with Jane McCann, sorry but can’t remember any more names at present.
