Imagine Learning, Inc., a Provo based company, is the process of looking for a native Tagalog speaking woman to do some audio narration.
Imagine Learning develops a computer software program called Imagine Learning English. Our program teaches children English language and literacy with a lot of emphasis on English as a second language. The initial narration and instruction is spoken in the child’s native language (called a support language). At this time it is being used in schools in the U.S. and we are rapidly expanding to countries around the world. Our belief is that ‘Opportunity speaks English’ and so we are teaching English to the children of the world. The program is changing lives.
We are currently adding Tagalog as a new support language. The work is contract work, on an as needed basis, and rarely lasts more than 1 – 1 ˝ hours at a time. We record in our audio studio in-house in Provo and we pay in cash when each session is complete. As a team we do our best to work around the personal schedules of our talent making it easier for them to come in at a time which works best for them.
Here’s what we’re looking for;
• a woman, probably between the ages of 20 and 60
• a native Tagalog speaker
• someone who can read Tagalog fluently
• clear pronunciation
• lots of energy and personality
• someone who isn’t intimidated by the studio setting
• performance or speaking experience is not required,although it doesn’t hurt
• U.S. work eligibility
• someone who will be living in the area for at least a year and can get to Provo when needed
• someone who speaks enough English to understand what is being recorded and the directions being given by the Director

All auditions will be evaluated and a decision made using the input of native speakers and the Audio Director.

| This is great, since the hijack of the web site for Cebu Mission. My comps are listed here, I served in Cebu 1977-1979.
