| Nice site, I have been looking for caves in Saint John and areas for awhile. Never had any idea that so many are in this area. I have been to Howes, Harbells, Greenhead and The Lions Den. I have been looking in Waterford for more caves, but no luck yet. Thanks for your pictures and general directions, they have helped. |

Well you are right, the caves are about 2k apart as the crow flies. I make it a point not to post the coordinates due to conservation and land owners requests. Email me and I will help out that way.
Cheers,
Joel |

Is Dalling’s Cave and the Waterford Ice Cave close to each other. Do you have any Lats/Longs coordinates or directions on the location of the waterford ice cave?

| I have heard about this cave, not sure where to locate it. There is some folklore that the natives had some spiritual connection to it. Another tale talks of early settlers using the cave to escape a wild fire. |

| Does anybody know about a cave on the Northwest Miramichi River near Big Hole and Quigley Island. It was suppose to have been explored in 1845 by Moses Perley |

Hello All,
I hope this will help people in finding White’s Caves.
I was there earlier this year and I had hours of fun trying to find them again. The mountain bike trails have become more dense causing a maze of confusion. Also the existing trail has, in some parts, over run with growth. I will try and help you guys find the way.
From HWY 114 South turn onto Golf club rd in Hillsborough.Stay on this road, past the golf course the road will become dirt. The road will take you around the back side of the course to an old gysum quarry. This is where a truck or an off road vehicle will play nicely. Stay on the road that follows the right side on the quarry / pit. Once you are past the quarry take the next right , there should be some loose hay around the entrance. You will know you are on the right road when not to far in there will a mini lake on your left. After that there will be a half clear cut area. Stay LEFT on this part of the trail. When the trail starts to head a down hill look hard for another left (this is where I went wrong) It looked more like a spot to turn the jeep around. After that you will pass over a very small run off of water and you will be out of the clear cut area and into the forest with a much better trail. After a bit there will a fork in the trail. Stay Right and that will take you to a nice open area with a camp fire. Down the sharp bank / sink hole on your right is White Cave North. Back at the fork, Stay left on the trail and not too far along take the right trail down another very sharp bank / cliff and there is the White Cave South Entrance.
I am not greatess at giving directions. Please email me with questions or sucess.
Cheers,
Joel |

Hi, My girlfriend and I have taken interest in cave exploring lately and would love some information on finding the White Caves.
We went in search of the Underground lake cave and with the help of a Hillsborough local, found it easily. It was a delight and now we have the exploration fever!
Any information is greatly appretiated!
Thank you,
Jeremy
