| My family and I rode the Redbird Express to the game this evening and I have to express my gratitude to those who went out of their way to accomodate us. With a son in a wheelchair, public transportation is not always an ideal option. A friend sugguested your services and assured me that we would find our needs met. He could not have been more correct! After the game, despite the rush of the after-game crowd, your employees saw to it that my son safely boarded the bus. I can tell you from experience that it is not easy to manage a group of people eager to get on the bus while they wait for a wheel chair ramp to go up, but the young man helping us (I regret not catching his name) handled it with professionalism and compassion rarely seen these days with such a small yet meaningful task. Thank you Redbird Express, the Lawson family will ride again! |

| We rode the redbird express to the cards game tonight, it was an all around great experience, i’ve paid for parking for the last time! hopefully we’ll be riding the express in october! |
