We stayed at this accomadation, between the 23rd and the 25th of June. The room we stayed in was the en-suite four poster family room.
On arrival the house was warm, clean and we had a very friendly welcome,we were escorted up to our room, situated at the top of the house with amazing views and access to a lovely balcony, lovely to have a rest on in the evening sunshine after a day out at the local attractions!
Our room was clean and fresh, having everything we needed and more, the beds were comfortable and clean, we were very pleased!
We didnt want to leave when it came to day of departure but sure we would return and some point later in the year.
Overall our family break was the most enjoyable one we’ve had yet,on behalf of my whole family i would like to thank the owners for making our stay as welcoming as possible!
THANKYOU!

A beautiful guest house in a beautiful location. I was warmly welcomed by friendly owners and all advertised promises were kept. I paid a very reasonable price to stay in a comfortable, clean room, and in the morning enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a pleasent environment.
Thankyou very much Abraham Guest House, I will be recommending you! |

^O^ Have just spent a relaxing short break here at this friendly B&B. I had a lovely double room at the front (for the price of a single - very good value) which was beautifully clean, (as was the whole house) and tastefully decorated. I was greeted by the helpful owners and nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly without being intrusive. Also I must say that after staying in a few quite expensive hotels lately where you get breakfasts made from cheap ingredients that have been sitting in grease all morning it made a change to get a freshly cooked, hot breakfast with plentiful fresh coffee and crisp toast.
I particulary loved the pretty fireplace in my room and the gorgeous view from the large bay window looking out towards the river and the lush green trees at the side of the Tor which led to a pleasingly short five minute walk to the cable cars. The view from the cable car is absolutely breathtaking and would recommend a trip on them. Once you reach the top you can chill out with a drink or a coffee and admire the view, and there is plenty in this area for everyone, stunning walks for the adults and activities for the kids. Its a lovely area for a short break and there are quite a few quality restaurants again within walking distance (no trip would be complete without trying the ice-cream dipped in Belgian chocolate from the chocolate shop on the main street) - heaven! All in all I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this B&B set in a lovely location for a relaxing break and would definitely go back, but next time I want to try the room with the Four Poster, which has access to a little balcony, ensuite and another lovely view. Very welcoming place for everyone.
Jackiexx
