Dear Accountability Staff and Revenaugh Family,
We have known Ray for many years. We met while attending the Vineyard Ontario. He was there for us and saw and advised us thru some very difficult times. We will always be grateful for his wisdom and compassion. We were shocked to hear the news but there is no doubt he is home with our Lord. Our prayers are with you all God Bless. Ilene & Mike

Hi Jeff and Brandy, Jeremy and I were so devastated to hear the news from my Mom & Dad (Ron & Brenda LaFleur). We wanted to send our condolences and tell you that we are praying for comfort and healing of your broken hearts. We all know he’s in heaven and is extremely happy praising the Lord, but we all miss him down here. We send our love and know that you are on our hearts. Take care in knowing that He is our strength and refuge in times of trouble. My family and I will never forget all the fun memories on the canoe trips... what a treasure we have in our memory banks forever.

Ray and I worked together at Lucky Stores 31 years ago. Ray was very open about his love for Jesus. I wasn’t a Christian, and Ray took every opportunity possible to plant the seed of eternity into me. His persistance was my gain as together, Ray lead me into praying the sinner’s prayer, and asking Christ to be my Savior and Lord.
Ray and I would do lunch together after our tax appointment. I’ll always remember how his eyes would bulge and his face would gleam when I shared how Father was working in my life. Ray walked his talk and modeled his beliefs. I have so many fond memories of my brother as I’m sure you do as well. Please rejoice with me as Ray’s legacy continues through all he has touched.

Even though we only saw Ray once a year, it was like seeing an old friend. The first time we met Ray, we were expecting our first baby. Now that "baby" is 9 years old. Every year we looked forward to sharing with Ray the new things in our life, partly because he was such a sincere listener. It was as if we talked all the time. We will miss his gentleness and sincerity, we will miss our "old friend".

It was with great sadness that I heard of Ray’s passing today. I had been on vacation and just returned. Our mutual friend and SAGE partner Ken Phillips informed me today of this great loss. Yes, it is a great loss. Ray was not only a SAGE partner and business associate but a friend. We only met several times but we talked many times on the phone. We did business together and had mutual clients. The best part was that we could and did share our common fellowship with our Lord and savior. I was motivated and challenged by Ray’s open commitment to Christ like business practices and principles. I will always cherish the memory of his small but vital impact on my own life and business practices. I look forward to spending eternity with Ray.

I worked with Ray for about five years at Accountability. He certainly was a man of integrity as well as being skilled at his business. I also attended church at Faith Community for a while. One time, Ray and I had a strong disagreement, as can happen when working together closely. I don’t even know what it was about. I do remember, however, that it was on a Friday, because when we took communion on Sunday in church, Ray refused to partake until he came and reconciled with me. That’s the kind of man he was, one after God’s heart. I will always remember his committment to God, to excellence, to his family, and to his business. God bless you all in keeping his legacy alive.

My sincerest condolences to Ray’s family and for those close to him him. Ray had been doing my taxes for so long I can’t count the years. When my family and I moved to Phoenix, AZ I continued to rely on Ray as we trusted him. As my husband once said “he didn’t take us for much.” He was honest and fair and we will continue to use Accountability. After hearing about his passing and as I write this I found it hard to keep my composure. I never thought that someone whom you see only once a year can make such an impact on you. My fondest memories are every year, I would get a big hug and then down to how to get me money. We pray for his family and those close to him.

Although I can’t be there for the services you are in my thoughts.

Dear staff at Accountability and the Revenaugh Family;
I have known Ray since I was a little girl, and I have always remembered him as a spiritual leader, a kind man, and a man of God. When I worked at Accountability, he treated me as family. My fondest memories of him is when I worked with him, we would have company meetings, and he would start us off and close with prayer. It was a true joy to work with him and know that I was part of a company that was founded on our beliefs. I will always remember camping with him, and enjoying the time that we spent together. Ray changed my life, and he and Karen were there for me when my whole world came crashing down. Ray knew my lifestyle, but still loved me as Christ loved the church. I will always remember you Ray. God Bless!
