I am very interested in some of your ppt, I write my own circumlum. I am trying to improve this by creating a story for my kids so that I can make connections. So that it will be more interesting for the kids, Drill and kill is good, but I would like for my kids to become thinkers, investagators and questioners. Can you recommend anything for this?

| As one of the most "un-techie" teachers on the planet...I am in awe of the amount of time you have devoted to this site. We also adopted Holt and these activities are just perfect for my new assignment this year! After 7 years as the 6th grade math and science teacher, I will now have a 6th/7th grade combination math and science class as well as a straight 7th math and science class. The combo kids will need lots of independent/group activities and I am just thrilled that these are not fluffy at all. You have created lessons and activities that give them real practice with the standards so dear to our hearts. Many thanks for making my job easier! |
