We have worked with Allred’s Performance Plus for a number of years. They have always been prompt and courteous. They are well recognizable as being able to remove the toughest stains. Their attention to details has allowed us to save many dollars by being able to save the carpet in the property rather than having it replaced.
We highly recommend Allred’s Performance Plus for all carpet cleaning.

George Allred, of Allred’s Performance Plus, has been doing business with us for the past three years. We have done business with other carpet cleaning services and have not been satisfied. We have also tried new service who offer discounts for the first time cleaning. These companies, however, did not do as good a job as Allred’s.
Compared to other companies, Allred’s has done the best job and we have never had any problems with them. I would highly recommend Allred’s Performance Plus’ services.

I was really one unhappy lady. I had pet stains, they had stained the carpet and the carpet was fairly new. I was really upset; so I called Allred’s Perfomance Plus and they came out and did a beautiful job. They dyed the carpet too, where the pet stains had taken the color out. I was just so pleased with them. Now, I am a really happy lady. I would recommend Performance Plus to anyone who has pet stains. Thank you, I appreciate the fine work you did!

Several weeks ago I spoke with one of you, (I apologize I’m not sure which one) regarding the carpet in my apartment. At any rate, I wanted your office to know how much I appreciated having the downstairs carpet cleaned.
Allred’s Performance Plus Carpets did an excellent job! For the first time in a year the apartment is free of pet odors and I feel that I can actually walk on the carpet with my bare feet.

Dear Sir or Madam;
We would like to title this letter "Well, I’ll be Darned." The reason? On April 8, 2002, we hired a carpet cleaner to clean carpets for my sister who is in the process of moving to Oak Run from Chesapeake, VA. On April 9th, the carpet looked as it did prior to April 8th. The Cleaner returned and gave it his best effort with the equipment he was using (dry cleaning), but to no avail. The cleaner then told us the carpet was hopeless. We called another cleaner who via phone told us to tear it up and throw it away, no one will be able to clean it. We then called Allred’s on April 15th.
George came out that day, plugged in his equipment and went to work. After the first cleaning, I could see we had the right company. The difference was notable. After finishing, George was not happy with a couple of walking paths and went over the areas again. I thanked him profusely for this work ethic, knowledge, and willingness to work on my difficult berber carpet (only two years old). The next morning, my husband walked in, took one look and stated, "Well, I’ll be Darned." The carpet was beautifully clean.
Our thanks to George for his above-the-usual call of duty and knowing his business. Our eternal thanks to Allred’s. This fine company will always be first on our minds when it comes to cleaning carpets, unusual effort for the difficult stains, and work ethics.
