Another typhoon devastate our country this year typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana). Our town just recently suffered same fate when typhoon Emong hits and a lot of our townfolks until now has not yet recovered from this tragedy.
.Our LGU and townfolks should already adapts programs in disaster preparedness we will experience stronger typhoon that will hit due to climate change.
As ordinary citizen of Agno we should plan contingency measures
when calamity hits.
Programs should be implemented in following key areas for disaster preparedness
1.0 rescue and relief operation
2.0 clearing and re-building |
