Been visiting since 2001 an have taken every flight crew member I can to the aka;"country club-its casual day" (as I told them before their arrival). The look on their faces  an after the, "Hey, Nadean where did you bring us?" wore off, they havent stopped talking about it since. They loved it! I believe a few have even left their mark somewhere in the building. Very glad your keeping the tradition alive!  See you again soon ! |

| We spent a couple of hours there in March of ’07. John was on his game. It took us a while to figure things out about the joint. Great juke box, friendly cats and some fine decor. A truly unforgettable experience! Coming back in two weeks (December 18. Are we nuts, or what? |

| Hi There Mikey. I arrived in Seminole from Scotland 0n Sat.11/10/04 and took a bike ride to the beach.On coming over the park blvd bridge I decided to go north..didnt get far..seen THAT sign,just had to stop in.I had afew beers,then got chattin with your grandad,he offered me work,helpin to remodel the patio,put up fences an stuff.I started work for him on the Monday.He gave me my first job in U.S.Visited the bar quite a lot till I left for N.C. in 2007.I have a lot of respect for John & good memories of Mahuffers. The world will be an empty place without him in it.Keep up the tradition of a place to feel comfortable in!!! |
