Just returned from your lovely apartment which was home from home. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Geoff and Val were very helpful and Geoff picked us up from the airport and returned us. Val was waiting at the apartment to show us round and was just round the corner if we need any help with anything. A very restful and comfortable holiday, the beds were really comfy. Thank you Brian and Pat would highly recommend.

| We had a lovely time in the apartment, which was extremely clean and well equipped. Val and Geff, who manage the apartment, were very helpful and their local knowledge was invaluable. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the sunny terrace and we will recommend the apartment to our friends. Thank you Brian and Pat! |

We have just come back from a week at this wonderful apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything was on hand for us.
Good location and great views of the pool although the pool was quite cold in December!! as my son soon found out.

We booked the apartment & went along with two friends.
We have rented several apartments in this area of Spain & we have to say that the communication with Pat & Brian was brilliant.
The information that was available upon our arrival & the welcome which we received from Ian together with the welcome pack, especially the wine, was first class. 
The apartment is spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped & in a very good location for shops & bars etc.
We will have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.  |

| the apartment was as good as described in the information read before visit.everything was done with prompt effeicency on brian and pats part.we thoughley enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.the agent in spain was very helpfull and made sure that we had eneough provisions to get started as we arrived late in the evening and made sure that everything was clean and comfortable for our visit. |

We booked this apartment as 4 friends and found it absolutely spotless. Ian and Lynda were brilliant, couldn’t physically be any closer to the beautiful pool and felt very secure in this complex. Next door neighbours very friendly, supermarket, bars, restaurants and beach all in walking distance. Anyone wishing to contact me for further details feel free.

We’ve (2 couples) just came back from a fantastic holiday at this apartment. I must say that this by far the best apartment i’ve ever stayed at, A real home from home !
It has everything you could possibly need and more...the air conditioning was a god send and so was the washing machine... meant we didn’t need to bring as much clothing as we’d usually do, think we were the only people at Alicante airport not to get luggage charges !!
The agents Lynda and Ian were great, we we’re given a review and directions of most places around the area within a couple of hours of arriving which was fantastic as we didn’t need to do the usual couple of first days finding our feet, we knew where to head for shopping and the best and cheapest places to eat and drink.
The complex is lovely, mostly residential so really taken care of ! The family that live next door were very nice, never once did they pass without saying hi.
The pool area at the apartment is spotless and well maintained, i don’t know what the other pool was like as we didn’t feel the need to move from the one right at our doorstep.
Overall we had a great holiday, the area is great for all types of holidays...you can relax happily or party the night away at the square (about a 10 min walk), we went without our kids this time but it is definitely somewhere i’d bring them to in the future.  |
