OMG Ian Jones should be worshipped 
He ran in the 200m final 2day and ran a superb race with a time of 23.0 pb i think!!
He’s got a bronze medal which i was gobsmacked wen i watched it 8O!!
So when he gets back to East Cheshire everyone should applaud him and shake his hand beacuse this is a superb achievement!!!!
