Hi as a long serving ex ECH living in Canary Wharf London I thought you may like to know that I am still running and have just finnished first over 65 Vet in the locale 10k I even finnished in front of the fist over 60 and fist over 55 not bad for 68.
May I say that I think that you should do a section on the Vets of ECHand its influance on the Northern Vets Bristish Vets and Would vets chaps.
Ron Cooper PC I ran the Bob Midwood 10 in Barsley as a vet over 40 in 49 mins in 1983  I am sure that was a vets record. |

Well done especially to your u15 girls at mansfield xc relays.

If yo want ot become a elite runner you need to put all the work in and work on your mental strenght!!!
running is not all about psyical strenght 60% is in your head...
as soon as you can get it all through to your head there is no one to stop you from achiveing and getting to the top!!!!
take this into mind east chshire athletes!!!!!! |
