Hi Einat,
I have been enjoying your thesis. Also some papers, e.g. "Prediction of anisotropy from flow models". What I am unclear about is; if you put in the anisotropy in the model how do you use the model to FIND the anisotropy?
What is the subject of your research from oct 2009?

| The mentoring lunches provide an informal one on one meeting time for students. My lunches allowed me to ask questions that I would not have been comfortable asking in a setting with other people around. additionally this is a great program for keeping older student connected to the incoming students, and allows incoming students to get to know someone they may not otherwise have many interactions with. I think these lunches are a great opportunity for newcoming students to get to know the program and have a support network and for older students to give back and get to know the newer students. |

| Having a scheduled event (i.e. lunch) where I could sit down with my mentor’s full attention and talk to him specifically about any issues I was having was more motivating than just approaching him in a social situation. |
