Guys;
By some fluke of fate, I was loading all my cds to the digital world this weekend when I came across your cd I purchased when you were traveling’ thru Buffalo, NY in some whole-in-the-wall bar on Main St (SR5) back in Feb or Mar of 2003! I see that you guys were together over the last 7 years and only broke up in Jun of this year. As I was relocating to Buffalo for my new job, I just happened to stop in that night, as it was the closest place to my apartment. I remember that night very well because hearing you guys play for about 45 minutes or so, I believed you guys had what it took to "make it" - great songs and playmenship that only needs s little more "maturity" to your sound. I spoke with guys for about 10 minutes, bought you a beer (after hearing how you guys were literally caravanning around the country trying to play anywhere they would let you...what a great story to tell your kids), and said to you then I wish I had stayed in touch with my Connections back in Cleveland, OH to get you in front of someone. That whole night was just really cool. No other words needed. I have just now listed to some of your more recent work and, I have to say, I was right, with a little more "maturity" you guys sounded great! You really did! So I would just like to leave you with this should you ever read it...while you may not have ever been lucky enough to get signed, you still spread greatly music over this great land of ours. You should (and need) to feel proud. Nothing was in vain. People, like me, will go to their final resting place having words and melodies to your songs etched in their minds (literally, through the synaptic process) forever. How many get to have that impact? You guys tried and that is all anyone can ask. Great job! Fate has a greater plan for you guys. You were nice guys then, and I am sure you still are.
