| Very proud of my friend Axel Emmermann. Great detective work. Sadly I do not get the National Geographic channel at home. |

Your site was recommended to me by dougbank on flickr since we were discussing calcite fluorescence from a fossil trilobite eye ( www.flickr.com/photos/bob_81667/6174806342/ ) and he wondered if you could help with the identification of the fluorescent mechanisms in this case.
I do some fluorescence spectroscopy - reported in my flickr site under ’spectroscopy’ ( www.flickr.com/photos/bob_81667/sets/72157624831829718/ ).
I am regularly in touch with Gerard Barmarin.
Best regards, Bob Fosbury |

Great info Axel! Can’t wait to see what you’re gonna do for hackmanite... Post a link on the FMS web site too so those folks are aware of what you’re doing. It’s starting to get a little more active...
Regards

Fluo groeten
