I would like opportunity to say how much myself and my husband enjoy the General Townsend club.My husband has been a member for a couple of years and I have just become a fully fledged member.
We think it is important that the local community keep the club and with the new commitee elected 2009 we aim to promote and try to encourage new members to use the facillities the club has to offer - we are hoping in 2010 to start a fund raising commitee which will hopefully able us to update the club and facillies-
We are at the moment looking for volounteers to help within the club on several projects - if you can help or know of anyone who could help us please contact the GT club- even as little as 2hours a month would be a great help !!!! |
