Dear friends. Please pray for our nine-year-old ministry (started in 2001) -- www.tjlit.org (Testifying Jesus’ Love in Truth).
We make free resumes, teach free English weekly, and do free translations/interpretations in 17 languages to any church or organization that asks us to. We also give out 3000 tracts each week, and we get people who are abused, have mental illness and other problems into churches and places where they can receive help, as well as getting kids into free dentists.
We love the Lord, and love the ministry he has blessed us with. We are deeply committed to fighting racism and poverty.
Please send us your prayer requests (Email; .), and pass our site to friends, missionaries and family, as there are many who are lonely; and, we are thrilled when Christians connect. As the world becomes more hostile towards Christians; it is essential that we connect.
At the moment we are trying to set up a pen pal club so people from all over can write to others and develop friendships.
Nobody should be lonely. If you read this and are lonely, please contact us and we will do our best to get you into a good church wherever you are in the world.
Please also click on and read the Bible verse of the day, and say a prayer for us. Also, please send us words of encouragement.
Is there anyway we can help you? Please contact us – especially if you are lonely. God bless you.
To our American friends; Please read article 51 on our site “Things I love about America.”
PS. Sorry to the person whose guestbook we have just signed. If we have taken up a lot of space and not commented, again, sorry. The fact that we have left a message is proof, in our opinion, that you are good. God bless you. Ian.

Just dropped by to see how things have been. Grace Baptist Church is the best church I’ve ever been too. (At least in my book) I live a lot further away now. I do go to a church nearby, but the preachings do not compare to the compassion that Pastor Dave has at his sermons. I miss you guys!! |

As a long time reader of Julie’s blog...I thought...I am home again from church today...foot surgery a few weeks ago...and I needed a sermon to listen to...I listened to the one;
"Don’t Stop to Soon"....Pastor Dave...the Lord knew I needed to hear that sermon..oh yes it was a brief one but something I needed to hear, RIGHT NOW !!!
and also it was a blessing to hear your voice for the first time as I have heard all about you from your lovely wife who I have come to love and respect in blogland....
I almost feel like I know you both now...keep putting up sermons....there are many who are stuck at home, not because they want to be...you just NEVER know who is going to need what you have to say...
Blessings and prayers for your family and church,
Deby

My 85 yr old WWII combat vet father-in-law has been in the hospital for 2 weeks because of heart/cancer/liver & other complications. My wife & my son flew up to Chicago and spent some time visiting with him. He has another daughter & her family who have been there everyday.
Yesterday I got word that his pastor has not once visited him. So I called a pastor friend, David Fink, in the next town over who is a retired Marine 1stSgt. I asked if he could find some time to visit & pray with him. He dropped what he was doing & went straight to the hospital. He then wrote me with a report & the promise to visit him daily & thanked me for the opportunity.
That just blessed my heart, but my wife just can’t stop talking about this kindness to her dad. There is just something about those Marines.
From an old Marine who just wanted to share that with the church. Thanks Pastor Fink.

What a blessing it is to hear of a church with sound doctrine being preached! I listened to some of your messages available online and enjoyed the messages. Although I have been preaching through the nursing home and jail ministries for a cumulative total of over 3 years, I finally surrendered my life to God last September and was called to preach in evangelism during the watchnight service. Hope to make it out there sometime. God bless you and your church!

| I want to thank Pastor Fink and the prayer circles of your church. In my time of knowing this church through a current member, I have found you all to be kind and thoughtful. Two years ago, I had surgery for kidney cancer. My good friend asked your prayer circles to keep me in your prayers. Pastor Fink took time to visit me in the hospital. While this thank you is belated, I wish to thank you all. Your prayers and mine were answered and I have thus far made a full recovery. I especially thank Pastor Fink for his visit. While I am not a member of his church, he took time from his very busy schedule to stop in on me, pray with me, and just visit. His kindness will always be treasured. |
