Am a long time fan of your work Ian. Would love to one day own an original. Who knows. Like the new website too. Looks good. Out of curiosity, I don’t know if you remember the Miss Marple TV series with Joan Hickson. It starts with drawings of characters from her village. I was thinking the style of them looks similar to yours. Did you have anything to do with tem or is it just a spooky coincidence. One looks very reminiscent of an older Halo. Keep up the good work.

Hi Ian, just a note to say thanks for the years of pleasure your artwork has given us fans over the years, I had my 1st experience of being printed in 1982 getting a £10 prize for having a picture of Robo-Hunter published in #259 of 2000AD. I was over the moon, and still have the comic.

Very nice work indeed! I would not have complained had Emma Peele been rendered along with Mr. Steed.

Great stuff, Ian, demonstrating such a gift for bringing dramatic characters to vivid life. "Halo Jones" will move people for all time, thanks to you. May you have a long satisfying career. Warmest regards.

Wow! I have been a fan of 2000AD since its first issue. I still remember awaiting my weekly (or was it monthly?)fix. Now I understand why Janet always waxes lyrical about Gibbocat! I stand in awe!

Ian, it’s a lovely site, and wonderful work. I’m so sorry I missed the Steed and Mrs. Peel series -- I would have loved it, especially your forays into pre-Columbian art. Have you ever considered illustrating the Bhagavad Gita? Lots of action and battle scenes, though Krishna’s revelation would be a tad difficult.
