Jun En is my 1st son from my 1st marriage. I’m currently on separation with my ex-husband and we are finalising our divorce this year. Jun En is currently with his dad and because of some personal conflicts between us, its been very long since I last saw him.

| Ic, but I don think its possible to have 3 hrs interval during feeds. Usually breastfed babies will feed every 2 or 3 hrs if you are lucky. But I’ve also read before only little amount will be pass thru breastmilk. Thats why I say continue feeding but reduce the no of sticks and don smoke before feeding. |

| Hey, I’ve read somewhere about smokers breastfeeding. It takes 95 mins for HALF the nicotine to clear from your body.. So, 1 hour is not enough, it’s best to BF 3hours 10mins after your last cig! |
