Jack, Merry and Courtney; I followed Merry’s directions and have found your web site---and think it is great! And the guest’s comments are very complimentary. Merry,your being such an admired hostess really goes back to the day you were born. Your mother and I had agreed that our fifth child---if a girl---would be named "Mary". The first 15 minutes of your life were spent charming your mother, the doctor and the nurses. Then it was my turn to check you out and as you were handed over to me, you actually smiled. When it came time to enter your name on the birth certificate, there was no hesitation. First name; MERRY Middle name; LEE Last name; Moreland. It was appropriate then and, if possible, even more so now. I don’t think there has been a day in your life that you haven’t smiled and caused others to smile with you. Your empathy and desire to help others is something I have always been most proud of. It has always been one of my greatest pleasures---to be your Dad. Maisie and I are very happy that you have Jack, Courtney, Tiffany and Mark, and all of those "horse" people to keep you smiling and definitely "MERRY". We love you, Dad and Maisie.
