I have not come as far afield as some of the others that have signed into your quite impressive site, however I have the opportunity of visiting the Nags head in Kinnerton Street tonight in fact. I will be in the Wilton Arms (50 yards away) so I’ll pop beforehand to have a look round (won’t take long I know)and observe the pumps on show.

Yes I’m proud of my older Brothers site. I always knew there was more to the art of making beer; Than just wakin’ up with a major hangover of which I have had my share......

Fascinated by you range of pumps and other brewery stuff and wonder if you can help with a query. Someone I know has a smallish brass tobacco box with a pub name on it. It appears to be coin operated. Were these common and how did they work?

Graham, followed the links through your Nikonians profile. Welcome to Nikonians first and foremost, secondly what a fascinating subject you have immersed yourself in over the years. (No pun intended)

Not something that I had expected but nevertheless an abiding interest outside photography.

The variations on a singular style are incredible.

Regards, Peter.

Hi

Looks like I’m the first one!

Must admit I do like a drop of the real thing - The Good Beer Guide normally comes up trumps wherever we go. Nice collection of handles etc - not sure the 710 would approve though!

See you on RLT.
