| What a fantastic site, I only stumbled upon you when looking for beer pump information. I am currently restoring a hudson dodsworth pump and was looking for some more information about it, nothing like your collection but its a nice piece. Do you have or know where I can find more info ?.Paul |

As a fellow collector, I can appreciate all the work that is put into this type of collection. Among other things that I collected, (mostly Anheuser-Busch & Budweiser), I acquired a nice collection of beer taps, old faucets and tap knobs. If Interested, I think I still have some old photos of the collection that I can e-mail you to use for reference. While most of the faucet & tap collection was for the USA market, some other stuff were added that I have no idea as to the maker or country it was used in.
Happy collection.
PS when I was still an active collector, I would have LOVED to
have a beer engine in the collection.

This is a great website. I have quite a nascent interest in the history of beer pumps and dispense but have largely been unable to find much on it. I was sent an image of a portable Red Tower Lager tap that was used to serve diners, which was interesting. Have you seen the handles in the Falkland Arms Great Tew? I think the Free Trade in Berwick has original Dalex Truncheon type pumps, though I could be mistaken. Any way excellent site.

hi graham, we are currently trying to come to a deal to buy the eagle at skerne, I spoke to camra and they gave your site, as it is you have one of the missing keys to the eagle’s heart and i wonder if you would like to come to an arrangement to allow us to buy it back and re-install it in the cellar? appreciate even if you would let me get some photos and so i could make a mock up pump. simon.... great site by the way!
Simon - please check your emails; I have replied to both your requests, but have had no response. Graham |

| Christ, what a collection! Nice to see what craftsmanship was before it all went to Taiwan. |

I have been looking for a site like this for ages. This is a great website. I am trying to find out what kind of beer pump would have been uses in yorkshire in the 1870s. Can you advise me? I would be so grateful. What an unusual and fantastic hobby yo have. So pleased I found you. |
