Jason~
you spoke at my school today. Vista Murrieta High School. first of all your message was so true so real. it awakend the eyes of many fellow students. I noticed that you do every 15 minutes programs we have that in common. see I was the girl who came up to you after the program. My brother was killed by a drunk driver 2 years ago out in the desert. So we have many things in common. Like the pain, for me every day is such a strugle but I just think what would Steven want me to do then everything seems to merge into place. Well Jason your program is truely AMAZING and had touched many students and i highly commend you for that. Keep going you will go far with this. Keep your faith and always remember this when you need it, what would Aaron want me to do?
Sincerley Amazed,

You spoke to us yesterday at our Safety standdown and delivered probably the most powerful message anyone could hear. I was rear ended at a stop light in San Diego a month before my wedding. The driver...a drunk one reaching for his dropped whiskey bottle. I was hospitalized and a seatbelt and a collapsed seat saved my life. For you to share your message is an important one and a legacy to the life of your little brother. I agree with your statement it isnt an accident it was a poor choice for yourself and the thousands of others. Great job and great courage, keep on soldier...keep on.

I would first like to thank you for having the courage to visit our school and teaching us about all the tough things that you had to encounter because of it. I must apologize for all of the rude people on their cell phones and talking, although it was hard to hear you it was still no excuse. You have changed my views on alcohol completely, although i never considered drinking before i never realized all the consequences that must be faced for getting drunk. I will pass your story to possibily help save lives in the future. Thank you for all that you do to help people. |

Jason,
Thank you for coming to Los Osos today. Your story really touched me and I know that by you coming to talk to us before prom could save lives. Yesterday my friend was taken from my class. It was the saddest feeling, thinking this could happen in real life. Any one of my friends could die from this. She was the one who spoke at today’s assembly. Hearing that letter to her mom really hit home for me. One of my family members was kiled in a drunk driving accident and as I was listening to her speak all I could think about was him. This program will definately save lives.
We were all given every fifteen minute bracelets. I will wear mine every day and remember your message.
Thank you and God bless |

Jason,
Thanks for coming to Los Alamitos High School for Every 15 Minutes and your story left an impact. I have to admit it made me teary-eyed and I couldn’t imagine the guilt you are feeling. I brought it up with my mom on the way home and she ended up telling me about the scar on her leg, which I always wondered about. She about 21 or 22 at the time on her mission and a drunk driver hit her, breaking ribs, nearly losing a leg , and her life. She told me that her friend was unhurt and she lived luckily. It seemed to bring the reality to me that what you said is true. We have to make the right choices and not drink and drive. I’ve also learned we are not invincible. |

Jason,
today your speach today at Los Alamitos High School was every inspireing. I can relate to you about haveing you brother pass away. My brother was killed by a trusted friend that was intoxicated. He was only 18 years old. he passed away 3 years ago, December 15, 2005. The last time i saw my brother was 2 weeks before he passed away. I didn’t get to say good bye to him. After today, realising that it ws just acting, and when the living dead walking into the gym, i asked myself why can’t my brother walk back in the door. Not many people understand that it can happen to them, thier neighbor, or their own family. but boy can it. thanks for talking to my school. Many people are and will be saved because of you. thanks very much
-Karleigh

Hi Jason,
I am a parent and heard your story today at Los Alamitos High school Every 15 minutes. I did speak to you and say thank you (I was the "drivers" mom). But I also wanted to see your website and let you know that your work is amazing. To hear your speak and share was incredibly touching and insightful as I’m sure it was to lots of people in that room. I remember being a teen and drinking and driving with no remorse. Thankfully I am here and did not hurt anyone or myself and I’m so thankful to be able to be a part of this program with my son.
Thank you again and God Bless.

| My son went to see Jason Baber speak at Idaho Falls High School tonight. It made him cry. I sa a few high school kids wear t-shirts saying every 15 minutes. It was a joy to see these young kids wear them and understand the meaning. I do hope and pray for these kids they do really understand the meaning of this. |
