I lived in Albuquerque summer of 1967 and saw you guys as the Nazz/Spiders at a place on old Rt. 66/Tierjas Canyon called Carnaby 66.I lived next door and helped clean the place. If I recall,Glen Buxton played an orange Gretsch Tennessean?Back then, most of the band’s show was cover versions...Yardbirds "Happenings Ten Years Time Ago",but you were starting to do Elected. My vote for one of the all time best rock songs; Under My Wheels. The Glen Buxton solo, then it changes key and kicks into overdrive.

I finished your book No More Mr. Nice Guy and I just wanted to say that although I didn’t throw it I’m sorry bout the toledo firecracker incident, pissed me off to cause i’d waited months to FINALLY see you guys and after TWO songs you were gone. Anyways, always felt like you guys,ie the band, got a raw deal after Alice went solo, so it was nice to read that the old band remained friends. I still have my cassette of Battle Axe and you guys should have been bigger.Good luck with all your future projects and thanks for the music! tj

Dear Michael;
You and I are old friends. After all, we’ve been neighbors on MySpace for years now. One real memory; ACG concert ’72 (School’s Out tour); You all came riding out into Roosevelt Stadium (Jersey City, NJ) atop camels. CAMELS!!! With a whirly-bird overhead dropping paper panties over the crowd, you proceeded to kill us all with what remains in my mind as the single greatest concert I ever saw.
All the best,
John |

Hello! I am a 50 years old swedish lady. I use to play my old albums from the 70īs by Alice Cooper. Billion dollar babies, Welcome to my nightmare, and From the inside are my favoritealbums. I watched Alice Cooper on stage in Stockholm 1975. I think they play fantastic and Alice has a great singervoice. I wonder what Alice is doing today? He must be 61 years old by now. Goodbye from Susanne.

hey michael I know you have to remeber me in about 1972 when you and the alice cooper band lived outside of pontiac mi.
in about 1972 I was the kid who mowed the lawn and took care
of the snake and your monkey and your guy’s other animals
when you went on tour I use to watch you guy’s play in the
pole barn I was about 15 years old you and I drove in that
old sationwagon to go buy some bee’s honey you came to my
house you met my mother I gave denise dunway and neil smith
what they said was there frist ride on a snowmoble I remember
the frist time I met you guy’s glen was up in the tree in the
back yard The landlord Mr brown i worked for him and he interduced me to you guy’s I spoke to alice verry little
but it was you i talk to the most when you moved you guy’s
forgot to pay me my ten dollor’s for mowing the lawn but that
was ok because it was worth ten dollor’s meeting you and the
band I play drums for about 35 year now and guitar I play the bars I have a red gibson sg like the one you played in 1972
I tell pepole I mowed your lawn and they don’t believe it
take drop me a email some time

I was in third grade when I came across my older brother’s album KILLER. Little did I realize, that listening to it over and over...staring at the front and back cover....set the tone (FUN) and direction (creative) for what I would do in life. Just wanted to say thanks to you and the rest of the band. Any fan who writes to you is trying to convey how much your sound has meant to them....I am one. again thanks!! Love the website and all the history, but love the updates too! Keep rockin’ Hope to see you here..down at Cooper’s town soon!

Everyone says that I are long time Fans....well me too!
I have just spent a very enjoyable evening checking out your work..it started with a Youtube link and....well, we all know how those things work out.
I’m a British Fan, living now in the US , saw you originally on the UK TV show OGWT blah blah blah.
Bottom line is that to a sizable majority of UK Rock Fns your guitar playing was our soundtrack, something I am certain that you alreday know but something that, none the less, it would be pretty stupid for me not to say at this point in time.
Take Care Michael, God bless.. I love your music.
