| We just wanted to inform the family of Joshua and let them know that the killer is living in our city Calgary and he is a sales person that has access to peoples homes. For safety reasons we have sent a letter to the company letting them know our shocking concerns. We are so concerned for the safety of the public. How can someone that killed someone have access to peoples homes? How safe is that? We are deeply sorry for your loss. |

| In response to 1207. As noted in the answer to 1208 the family of Josh hands are tied. It’s truly hard for them to accept the fact that young Josh’s life meant nothing to the government of our Province and Canada (actions speak louder than words). In accordance to your comments we now might know why? It’s in God’s hands now and he will deal with it and deal with the killer and his family and all of them that were involved in letting this killer off and they know who they are! | In response to 1208. The family of Josh was told it was up to the crown’s office in Edmonton to appeal the judge’s decision. They had 30 days to appeal. After speaking with 3 different lawyers they were informed there were grounds to appeal but on the 30th day the crown decided not to. If you feel this should be looked at by the Supreme Court of Canada you as a citizen have the right to file a complaint with the Supreme Court of Canada. They won’t listen to the family they think the family is being bias. Thank you for your cares and suggestions. This is truly a very sad situation. It would be hard or impossible to find another person in Canada that got away with so much! |

| We all know the family of the murderer payed what 600,000 dollars to get him off,,,,,, where did they get the $$ well his father owns part of a large helicopter company , IE Highland helicopters, and his mother is a manager at a CIBC bank,,,,,, silent protest is best, the helicopter company works for the Alberta government alot , so we all payed for that lawyer. best justace money could buy |
