My mother was born in Macon County TN and she will be 90 this year.
I come from George Kirby of Scanning, Norfolk, England dob 1530 dod 1630 Scanning, Norfolk, England.
I come from William Thomas Virginia Dob 1789 and dod 1850 Smith County, Tennessee,
I come from two Young lines. One is William Young dob 1744 Virginia dod 1813 Sumner County, TN
I also decend through John Young born in Scotland btw 1740 - 1750 Died on the Pennsyvania/Virginia Border.
I decend from James Manson Climer dob 1858 Unknown dod 1936 Logan County KY
I dencend Through William Sircy North Carolina dob 1783 dod 1855 Jackson County, Tennessee
I come through John A Hughes born Virginia and Death in Jackson/Smith County Tennessee on Funns Branch running into the Cummberland River.
I decend through Alexandra "Progenitor’ McInnis/McKinnis dobabt 1750 Scotland, dod 1800 Moore County North Carolina

| Greetings, I am researching the Thomas Offutt (Jr) Drane family lineage. I have traced Thomas, wife Mary Harding, and seven children to having moved from Maryland in 1810 to Logan County, outside of Adairville. After Mary Harding’s death he married Sarah (Sally) Ann Gallagher and had three more sons. It appears that son of Thomas and Mary, Westley (Wesley), migrated to Canton MS and married Matilda Field, then Jerusha Ballard. His son, Wesley Jr, lived in Holmes County, MS with wife Ann Elizabeth Howard Bates in 1870. His son, Joe Bates Drane, Married Beulah Yerkes and immigrated to Arkansas and then on to Texas in the 1920’s. I am that man’s grandson, am retired and live in San Antonio, TX. I welcome emails from those in search or with corrections. |

I am descended from Emsley Lincoln Raymer (also known as Em Raymer) and his wife Laura Belle Elmore Raymer.
They had 9 children- 4 boys -Hobert, Bonnie, William Gaither (Aka- Bill) and Elmer.
The 5 girls were; Naomi, Molly Dean, Francis, Elizabeth and Ivy Earl (aka- Iva).
Emsley and Laura lived in Logan County until Ems death in 1958.
I didn’t find any information on them on your site at all.
