Hey chef,
My name is Hal Davis, I’m a 47 y/o African American male. On May 12 of this year I started the New Direction program at MBHS at a starting weight of 425 lbs. My highest weight had been close to 440 lbs. As of today, 99 days in. I’ve lost 87 lbs, so the reduction phase has gone well, I exercise religiously as well as stick to the meal replacements. What scares me now is transition and maintenance, any thought? |
