I will be visiting Sao Miguel from July 16 to August 6’2009. This is my first time back home where I was born 44 years ago. I’m actually going back with my sister Maria Sousa (Leonel Sousa), Manuel Francisco Pacheco (Monique Gosselin), Pedro Pacheco & myself. We are going back to our roots, to bad my parents are no longer with us they would had love to do the trip back home with us. My father’s name was Pedro Pacheco & my mom was Elvira Moniz Mendonca.

Just wanted to say thanks for the beautiful pictures I was born on the flores in 56 came to the usa in 61 Have never been able to afford to go back for a visit,but plan to before i die my biggest dream would to live there for a while we will see
