Avril we are so pleased about he picture that you painted of Alfie Don. I have had it re-framed at a place near Rugeley and the owner has had your details in case she is asked for names of artists that she can recommend.
The picture was for my daughter and she cried when we gave it to her at Christmas, it is her pride and passion. Once again thanks for a great picture.

Dear Avril,
Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you so much for the portrait of Meg our Border Terrier. It arrived safely on Thursday.
You’ve managed to capture Meg to a tee with her cheeky face and even the "wispy" bits on her ears, which I know I should strip off but never do!
I am so very pleased with it and now cannot wait to present it to Mum & Dad on their 40th Wedding Anniversary in 2 weeks time.

My husband and daughter love their paintings and both are now hanging up. In hindsight I wish I had the one of my daughter with the dog done larger, but we do love it at this size and maybe just putting it into a larger frame.

Just to say that I collected the parcel from sorting office on Saturday and it is much appreciated. It has made an eighty year old very happy. The family agreed that it is a very good likeness of Barley and a tribute to a wonderful pet friend.
