POLICE; We live in a really, if that is possible , nice looking and expensive part of southern central SJ called Lincoln Glen with homes on Westgate and Cottle going for well over a $M, even tho the wiring and plumbing are too old 1950s behind the walls ,,, and when you phone the SJPD that there are carpenters remodeling a house on the street, again, and at the end of the day RACING DOWN THE 25MPH STREET AT OVER 50MPH WITH CHILDREN AND YOUNG FAMILIES MOVING INTO THESE OLDER RANCH STYLE HOUSE ,,,What do you get from the SJPD ? Nothing. They never show. Day after day. You call ,,, and the San Jose Police Department ,,, NEVER SHOWS. No excuse. And they are among the highest paid ,,, in the Nation !!?

it would be nice if the cops could patrol downtown San Jose and control the mobs without turning the place into a war zone or treating law-abiding citizens like criminals. Example; on 5 May, my girlfriend and I simply wanted to walk home from dinner up 2nd street but police were forcing pedestrians to detour all the way over to Market. There was no reason for this, as the crowd was behaving. The cops were just on a power trip

Iwas reading about the man who spent 5 months in the county jail falsley accused of murder, but he came home. I sit here with tears in my eyes cause his story hits home. My son has been inb the county jail since 2/09/09. He sits there being falsely accused of murder. His best friend got shot right in front of him as they sat in a car. He came home after being kept for several hours by the killer. He called police even though he was told that him and his family would be killed if he did. He did not go downtown in hand cuffs. These detectives used my son for what they wanted. He wasn’t treated as a victim even when the first shot was at my son there is a bullet hole in the seat. They have their killer there, there’s DNA on him but there’s no evidence on my son except hearsay from haters. Without my son this could have still been a cold case and they wouldn’t have had details on what really happened. My son is innocent, he is not a killer he told the police thinking he was doing the right thing when we don’t even like the police. It was a tragey and a nightmare for all and his best friend was a great person we miss him and grieve for him too. My son is only 21 years old and his first arrest as an adult . It’s so scary because I don’t trust the system. The police have never treated him as a victim, which he is. Thanks for your time and keep us in your prayers.

If you are looking for a Police Misconduct Attorney in San Jose, it is recommended that you avoid dealing with Anthony Boskovich #121198. Mr. Boskovich can be compared to an unscrupulous taxi cab driver who may in fact get you to your destination, but will go the long route on purpose to milk the meter and charge as much money as possible.

I just found this site and read the story of the young man falsely charged with murder who spent 5 months in the Santa Clara County Jail until the charges were dropped.... My story is very similar except I spent 18 months in solitary confinement because my husband was a Santa Clara CO. They said it was for my protection but those 18 months nearly destroyed me. It’s been over 10 years now but the scars both physical and emotional have never gone away. Maybe when I have more time I will give more details about my case. For now I’ll just say that I accepted a pea deal after fighting my case and innocence for those 18 months. I was told if I accepted the plea I could go home. In the beginning I said I would never plea to something I did not do. But after a brutal 18 months I finally called my attorneys and told them I would plea to anything if I could just go home to my baby and family. The corrupt DA broke me down and I didn’t have the strength to fight anymore. Soon after I pled I was released.....Free but a convicted felon for the rest of my life. I am innocent. I used to think one day the truth would come out. That one day my name would be cleared. I don’t believe that anymore. I don’t have much hope or faith in our legal system. The scales of justice will be balanced in my case but I don’t think it will be in my lifetime. Today I don’t really care what anyone else thinks. I know my family and those that know and love me know the truth. They believe in me and they always have. That’s what matters to me now. That’s what I hold on to. My family is my life and I appreciate them and the life I have today more than words can say. As bad as my situation was it could have been so much worse. I survived with the grace of God and the love and support of my family and friends. If I had not lived and endured what I did at the hands of a corrupt legal system I don’t know if I would believe the stories of the wrongfully convicted. But now I consider each one my brother or sister and they are in my prayers always..............A.

San Mateo County California is just as bad as Santa Clara. The judicial system is a joke. The public defenders are a joke.
I wish I had enough money to buy enough property to get away from all the B.S.
