| Is anything on this convicts page factual. It looks to me as most of it is an opinion of some poor human that probaly tried to break in to a tax payers house and got arrested instead of shot. This is an inmate that broke the law and poor him having to be confined in a jail cell. What does he think should happen. We should just give him a free pass, lets let him out of jail maybe next time he will run over one of your children due to drinking and driving- maybe he will hurt you or one of your family members breaking into their house. To all you liberals, Kiss my ass |

| In the case of Mary Mathis, the common thinking is that the bitch has got to be stopped! So therefore, we will call upon all of our resourses to ge the bitch. Our friend at the U.S. Marshalls do not have anything else to do, so let’s call in our favor! The bitch is just too smart and we power tripping males do not like smart women, especially when they are black. Obviously there is no one in Dallas County with balls who is willing to say enoung is enough, no one willing to do the right thing in a wrong environment. So all of these judges, attorneys, U.S. Marshalls and who ever else that has been recruited into this web of deception are huddled together behind close doors to figure out how to deny one individual her rights by hook or crook. The word down at Dallas County is the bitch has got to be stopped and not that we have to guarantee her rights. It has always been a guilty until proven innocent as far as Mary MAthis is concerned. Wait a minute, that is not the way that quote goes, is it? |

| Darrell Mark Bernard, I have had the unfortunate pleasure of knowing this individual for over 15 years and I can not for the life of me figure out how Dallas County would take a young lady and expose here to such a vile individual. He has always drank like a fish and curse like a sailor, but yet Dallas County had the gall to do this. It appears the no one is interested in the welfare of the child and the emotional scars that she will have to overcome because of this injustice. |

I am guessing that it was a campaign luncheon where some of Dallas Counties finest up standing citizens were gathered for John Cruezot. Judge John Curezot, Rhonda Hunter, Craig Watson, several other DA’s and attorney’s were present. I bet you can’t guess what the conversation was about? One Mary Mathis and how the judge instead of stating that he is going to uphold the law, he states that he is going to get her/stop her, even though those close to the case realize that it is a he say she say case that was a two year relationship. Have the Dallas County legal system reached an all time low where a persons’ case is discussed at lunch? I can recall Craig Watkins stating that the would drop all these frivolous case and not try and railroad any more individuals. Didn’t they learn anything from all of the DNA reversals? Instead of ending this domestic case with Mary Mathis, Dallas County for the past 8 years has searched, turned over every rock trying to find just anything to charge her with and they continue today. They have even fabricated certain things. How sick! If she was an attorney, they would say that boy, she is good, but since she is just an everyday person with a photographic memory, they gang up like vultures and hyaena’s trying to stop her from receiving justice. What happens to John Doe who goes to court and does not have a clue? He does not have to wait until he goes to jail to get abused and violated, it happens in the court room with the attorney’s and judges. Friends stand up for friends and not justice or maybe it is just us! Blacks use to get railroaded by the white society, but now they sit back and let black on black justice prevail which usually is an injustice
That brings up another subject Ron Bennett of the Judicial Conduct Committee, who is checking up on their conduct? Friends calling in favors! Texas remains a good ol’ boy state and the balcks involved should feel at home, since they have been called boy for some time.
I do agree with Obama, it is time for a change! We should start in the White House and work our way to the US Senate, state senate, local leaders who have been in office for over two terms should be changed also because they have become part of the establishment/problem. |

| On July 15th I went to visit my son, Michael S. White at the Susan Kays Facility. I stood in line for almost an hour and when I finally was able to go in front and give my slip and Id I was told that I was not on my son’s list. I was on his list when he was at Lew Sterrett and was able to visit him there two or three times, so I assumed all that was forwarded when he was transferred. I spoke to my son the next day and told him what happened and he said I was on his list and they must had pulled it out as retaliation of what happened the week before upon his arrival when they took his commissary and threw it in the trash. I think they are some jailers in that facility that think themselves as above the law and do whatrver they please violating other peoples rights and someything should be done about that. They are a disgrace to their uniform and are wasting tax payers money. If they cant do their job properly they should not work there. |

Dallas is still a fucked up place. I was just passing through heading to Vega. The Dallas cops arrested by mistake although I told them I wasn’t the guy they were looking for and gave them my identification proving who I was. They wouldn’t call my friends at the hotel or noone to verify my story. 5 days later the guard told me to pack my shit I was leaving, and they just released me. Nobody has told me why I was falsely arrested. I haven’t received as much as an apology. Just kiscked out the jail and told to forget it.
I guess I should consider myself lucky, with all the corrupt things and wrongful convictions there. |

| This is a super source of information. You people should be commended for your efforts, but don’t look for county officials to do so. They hate being put on the hot-seat like this but this is what we need. Transparency and accountability in governament. |

| What a waste of tax dollars. no wonder there is always some bullshit about the budget being tight or overextended. With knucklehead prosecutions as this what can we expect |

There is only one side in the courtroom, and that is the government’s side. They even pick the jury they like -- the judge, prosecutor, and defender all working in collusion to ’improve’ the jury more than a random selection, which by definition cannot be improved upon. The judge is not bound by the jury’s decision, so the jury really is there just for show, a pretense of fairness.
Random people have random biases. Weeding them out in voir dire is not collusion between the lawyers and judge, it’s getting rid of preconceived notions and find the twelve who will most closely listen to the evidence and follow the law. |
