Dear New Friends at Sobie -
My daughter’s graduation party was yesterday, and I can’t tell you the number of guests who commented on how DELICIOUS the pulled pork was! It was a real hit. Your service is very friendly, everything was ready as ordered when I picked up on Saturday, and the quality was absolutely outstanding. Even though I don’t live near your shop, I will become a customer once in a while!
Thank you!

Tim and Theresa,
I just can’t thank you enough for your generous donation of ground beef for the Walker Station School Carnival and for the use of the aprons.
Your continued support of Walker Station Elementary School, Kenowa Hills and the Walker community as a whole truly shows your caliber, not only as a business but as caring individuals. Your sense of community is unmatched by others in the area.
I’m pleased to have gotten to know you a bit better through my work on the Walker Station PTO and I am proud to have Sobie Meats as a "neighbor" in my community. You will always have my support as a customer. Not only because of your great service and exceptional employees, but also because you truly offer a great product.
Thanks so much! GO KNIGHTS!!

| I had such a wonderful experience at Sobie’s! I am amazed at the lengths they go to keep their customers happy. I am allergic to cow’s milk, and by my request they made a special order of teriyaki sticks without milk for me so I could enjoy them. This is the first place that has been willing to make a special order without milk. Also, EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful, and my meat was cut just the way I needed it. THANK YOU, SOBIE’S!!! You have a lifetime customer. |

Hi Tim,
The "Taste of Grand Rapids" was a real experience. The Smokin’ Scotsmen did pretty well for our rookie effort; two ribbons and an overall 6th place among 44 teams. We look forward to Silver Lake in September and heading to Lebanon Tennessee (Nashville) for a major league comp later this month.

Tim,
Cooked the brisket I got from you on Friday last night. Here is a picture of how it turned out. The flavor and quality of the meat was awesome. Smoke ring turned out great also. I saved you a few pieces, will bring them by next time I stop.
Thanks,
Tom - The Bud Man!!

Tim and Teresa;
When I was in last weekend you were out of strawberries. But your daughter told me mom had some in the back, and that she could get me a couple of quarts as long as I didn’t tell the other customers. I complied. I thought she should check with mom first, but she said it would be okay. When I was in yesterday, she told me that when mom found out what happened to those two quarts, she said, that was nice. And that’s what I wanted to say. It was very nice of your daughter to do that little extra. I appreciate it. And I got the last two quarts yesterday. Only this time I didn’t have to sneak them out! Too bad the season only lasts three weeks.
Thanks again,
Tom Symko |

Tim & Teresa- you guys are GREAT! When my hubby first asked if you had turkey jerky you did not make it but have now been doing it all the time. As a non red meat eater I thank you! Wondering if you would consider making more flavors such as honey glazed or cherry/maple flavored or doing chicken jerky (which you did make for us once)? Just a suggestion; if you do try any of these ideas please call me at 550-1436 we would love to try them! Thanks.

Polish Sausage
We did a Google search for fresh Polish sausage and found you guys. We stopped in the other day and picked up some of your sausage. Very good; you will make our Easter dinner complete. I am from Chicago and thought about driving down to get some sausage but thankfully we found you guys. Thanks for the quality sausage and other foods. We will return often.

Chicken Left in the Mailbox
Hi Tim and Teresa,
I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with your incredible service! Customer Service is a word I think few companies should be allowed to use. If you could bottle your ethics, customer service and friendliness and sell them; the world would be a better place. You went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to serve my guests a wonderful meal of your fabulous chicken breast! Thank you so much for making me feel that I am important to your business and going out of your way to help me!!!
A Loyal customer,
Jean Strobel |
