| My friend and brother, Charlie Riter, passed away yesterday (11/29/2010). Rest in peace Brother. You will always be in our hearts. Our love goes out to VeeBaby and the rest of his family. Charlie(Jock Shift) and Vee(Vee Baby) were members of BTW. They live in Black Canyon City. Jock Shift has been battling heart problems for the past 2 1/2 years. RIP. |

Gentlemen,
My name is Harry Skigis and I am organizing a charity ride to help the Haiti Earthquake relief fund.
I am in the beginning of the planning phases. I am planning on the ride to be March 28th 2010. This is the last Sunday of March.
I have a temporary website up at www.phaq.net/
Please forgive the grammatical errors, that will be fixed tonight.
We are having a website made right now that will supply all the info for the event and allow for rider registration.
The buy in will be $20 and we are going to try to raise $10,000.00 for the Red Cross Haiti Relief fund.
I am also working to determine the start and end location of the ride and all the free goodies from the sponsors that will be involved.
Please let me know if your Chapter would like to be involved in the Ride 4 Haiti.
I feel it is a good cause and will be a lot of fun for the riders involved.

Dear Regional/chapter Directors,
I am writing to you all from BTW-UK to ask for your help, firstly allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Dean "Punky" Barnitt and as a serving member of the British Armed Forces Bomb Disposal Branch i have sort of become the unofficial Armed Forces rep for BTW-UK.
We have a charity here in the UK called Help For Heroes which was set up to help injured military personnel and their families, so as you can understand is a charity very close to my heart.
I thought it would be a nice project for me to attempt to collect every BTW Chapter patch which i intend to get professionally mounted in a frame and then auction at BTW-UK’s next annual rally to raise a donation for H4H.
To this end would you please be kind enough to ask all the chapter directors in your regions if they would kindly donate a patch for my collection?
