| The club in Budapest are trying to introduce some of the native Hungarians to Hurling but are desperately short of equipment especially helmets. These Hungarian lads are students and cant afford to buy them. If anybody has a spare helmet(in reasonable condition) they are not using please pass it on to Colin or myself |

Best of luck to our U13 lads in their football western final tomorrow morning @10;30 in Ballymacarbery. Having won it last year they’re hoping to make it 2-in-a-row. Affane will be tough opposition but if our boys play to their capabilities they will take a bit of beating! Come along and shout them on while giving your heads a good airing  |

Training Fada!!Bubbles is following suit with the Waterford hurlers,no training for the over 30’s.It’s all about timing in the Junior Championship,no point peaking in March.I just hope Sween(a.k.a Mick O Dwyer)agrees with this philosophy.

Hey lads. Junior football update.
Two groups of 4 this year with top 2 teams through to semi final.
We’re in group with Affane,Old Parish and Tourin.
Looks like first game will be on weekend of 7th May with next two games on in June.
We all know how close we were last year let’s give it our all again this year.

We have a dozen or so travelling on Sat to support Naomh Columcille in the All Ireland Final. Still have 2 places on the bus if anyone wants to go. Ring mo @ 0872381671. We hope to keep cost around €30. Leaving around 10 30 am
Re Budapest; I am in regular contact with our man in Budapest and they have a wonderful week end planned which will include a vist to Billy Curley’s bar "Legends" on Sat night. We will play 2 games ( a shortened football game after the hurling) and a city tour with our own private guide is on the cards also
