| Hi to all the past & present Bulldogs. The Bulldogs will be hosting our 40th year Reunion on the Queens Birthday weekend commencing on the Friday evening the 11th June with a meet and greet at the "Home of the Bulldogs" - Tony Ireland Stadium. The Senior & Reserves teams will play a Home Match at the stadium on the Saturday the 12th Res @ 1;00 and the Seniors @ 3;00Pm. Saturday night will be the official 40th Reunion Dinner at the Southbank Conference Center. This will be the highlight of the celebrations. Sunday afternoon we will have a Bulldog Old Boys match at the stadium followed by a recovery Bar-B-Q. Monday there will be a Farewell Brunch (venue to be announced) As you can see this is going to be a HUGE weekend so plan early as it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to catch up with some great friends. | It was refreshing to walk into the Thuringowa Bulldogs Footy Club nad be welcomed by all the players and the committee members and by the end of the session I felt like I had been there for years. It is a sensational venue and it matches the a fantastic welcome I was given. I’m going to be a Doggie for ever! |

The Bulldogs are heading into 2010 with high hopes as it will be the clubs 40th year. There will be a HUGE Reunion on the Queens Birthday Weekend so flick an email to the bulldogs so you can be kept up to date with all the details.

On the west side, of the river, there’s a football teem indeed.
And they know us, the whole town over,as the mighty bulldogs breed.
And our colours, red, white and blue boys, are a wonderous sight to see.
And we’ll always, stick together, and bring our side to victory.
Thuringowa boys, are really bulldogs, with our hearts as big as the sky.
