To all those who visit these pages or the hallowed halls of USA Karate in Lincoln, be it known that Shihan Jon Pinault and his instructors are very knowledgable and understanding. They have made life changing differences in my life. The changes are not only physical, but spiritual and emotional. Being a few years older than most of the students, I am in the best physical shape I have been in for quite a few years. The training I have recieved has also given me a broader outlook on the spiritual and emotional side of my being. For these, I wish to thank USA Karate, Shihan Jon, all the instructors and students (for the support we show each other). I would like to wish all the students competing in the G.M.C., good luck and remember that you are competing not only for yourself but for the honor of your school.

| I truly enjoy USA Karate. The program is run efficiently and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to many years of training with this school. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone who would like to better themselves. |
