The recent trend for some Angleeskii puby to start selling proper cider on tap is a good one. |

It is Ebblwoi! Hoorah!
You’re dead right about the not-sweetness. If Ebblwoi is sweet even in the slightest, ur doin it wrong. |

| Ah, everyone is privately insured here but it makes no difference to the doctors. It does look like I’ll have to be ignored by them in person, though; I am very deaf todag. |

| Now if you were in Germany, and especially privately insured, you could get more than one opinion, all disagreeing with each other. |

Agent T; Well, we can hardly avoid seeing it, so it would be better if it were good.
Aidan; Dutch doctors get customer-satisfaction training from Vogons, unfortunately.
AJP; If it is still bad next week I will certainly escalate in the direction of health-care professionals, albeit reluctantly. |

| Though I never seem to get any deafer, I go to the deaf doctor once a year. Before they test my hearing he pokes a little tube, attached to a sort of industrial vacuum cleaner, in my ear and sucks out all the wax, baby food and children’s toys -- possibly even some necrotic tissue -- that get lodged inside during the year. So you might try going to have your hearing tested by a hearing specialist. |

| One of the old-fashioned-but-it’s-what-the-people-want treatments that GPs occasionally do here, is to wash out the outer ear with warm water, cf. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earwax#Syringing ; subjective reports from fellow students say it makes everything sound clearer. Can you persuade your arts to do that, or is it unheard-of in .nl? |

No, it is German humour! They are going to try to do to Cherry what they did to Karl May in Schuh des Manitu and to Edgar Wallace in Der Wixxer.
Both of which were, mirabile dictu, quite funny, somewhat in a Zoolander/Anchorman/Dodgeball vein, if one likes that sort of thing. |

| Connection succeeded! This is some kind of satire on the general perception of Cherman humour, I hope? |
