All sitting in one boat is certainly not the problem. Have you heard Westerwelle? I think that’s closer to what you mean - not good but largely comprehensible. There are bits of that Oettinger video that are impossible to understand. |

| Nominally the municipal jobsworth is entitled to refuse; in practice, refusals can be appealed and it isn’t too much of a deal. But all Dutch "Adolf"s seem to have become "Dolf" some time in the 40s, and I doubt they would be keen to have new ones. |
