| I am just astonished at your story. I am a beginning Weight Watcher and have also hit rock bottom and am only willing to go upward in confidence and downward in size. I’m 5’5" and weigh 210 lbs. I wasn’t this big when I was 9 mths pregnant with my daughter. Your story has given me the hope and encouragement that I CAN DO THIS!! You look great and I can only hope for the same results from this lifestyle change. |

| One of my co-workers showed me your information about a year ago, and i recently asked how you were doing, and she sent me your website!! Well i too have been down this road, was close to 200 lost 50, was in great physical shape, became pregnant, and was skinner after having my daughter!! Now i am maintaining but i think once January 1st rolls around i am going to take a picture of myself, and start on a new journey and see what happens. I will keep you posted. |

I have tears in my eyes, after reading your story. It is so similar to the journy I am on right now.
I have lost 53 pounds and have a long way to go, but I feel like this is my time. I think I will finally make it.
