I am retired now, but have done nutritional consulting for nearly 30 years. I had fibro myself and it was very painful. In doing muscle testing, I discovered the cause of most fibro and the reason that doctors can’t do much for it other than load you with medicine that all has side effects.
Most fibro is caused by buried emotions that eventually manifest themselves through physical pain. I was able to use Bach Flower remedies to bring the emotions to the surface and then deal with them. When I did that, the pain was gone. I have helped others do the same. However, all that is diagnosed as fibro my not actually be. Anyway, contact me if you want more information. |

It has gotten colder here also and the Fibro Flares have been pretty bad. |
