| I attended the Underwood reunion held in Piggott , ar sept, 19, 2009. My grandmother was Lennie Underwood Bell. Her father was Rauligh and mother Marthahampton Underwood. I enjoyed meeting relatives, hearing the history, looking at the pictures, and of course the wonderful meal. I have visited the Underwood cemetary many times. I am looking forward to an Illinois reunion. Thanks for your time and work. |

Grant,
You have an excellant page. My husband is related to Micheal and Pheobe Smith. We do not have much info. on this family only through the King side. Mary Emaline Smith King was his greatgrandmother. She was married to William Kirby King. Could you share what you have.

Thanks for all the research you have done. Sarah Arkansas Johnson b-13 April 1856 at Georgia d-13 June 1929 at Jonesboro,AR. is my great grandmother.I have been working
on my lineage for D.A.R. but am having trouble proving Williamson Edward Johnson b-24 Sept.1812 at GA. d-14 June 1902 is the son of Thomas Johnson b-1787 at South Carolina
and Nancy Austin b-1792 at S.C.( Williamson E. Johnson married
Missouri Stone b-24 Sept.1826 at S.C. d-14 June 1902 at
Gwinnett,GA. daughter of Burzeally Stone and Nancy Holmes.)
I have a picture of Sarah A.Johnson and John Q. Coggins with
all their daughters on the front porch of their home if you
are interested in a copy. Thanks, R.Williams |

I am trying to trace a Wanda K. Rendleman, daughter of Frank Herbert Rendleman and Carrie Landreth of Cobden, Union County, Illinois. Need to know if she is the Wanda who married and was subsequently divorced from George E. Scott, son of Samuel U. Scott and Mary Louisa Musgrave.
Also, now that I have seen your web site I wonder if you are kin of Benjamin Ladd Wiley from Union and Jackson Counties in Illinois. He was known as the "Old Quaker". I do have some info on him in my notes.

I am a direct descendant of the Patrick / Ann Sharkey line. I have tried for a long time to sort the various Sharkeys, and would really appreciate any help you might be able to offer. I have found that there is no imagination in naming children - most are "Patrick, John, Ann, or Nicholas", and without dates or parents a formidable task to catalog. Can you help me?
Thank you for your work,
