Hello again Mr Addled,
It’s always good to hear from you, despite the current sad circumstances. I note your availability. Although we might indeed have an opening for a versatile plank-spanker, we would normally be looking for someone with more than only 75 years experience . Perhaps we could arrange an audition for you, based around the Woody Guthrie classic, “Way Over Yonder in a Miner Quay”? Or possibly, “Take a Long Walk off a Short Pier”? Do let me know.
Respectfully {;}
Phil

Now that the BOOGALOOS have faded away I have got a bit of spare time on my hands , so can I join your band?. I’ve got all my own gear including a Gibson "Les Dawson" and over 75yrs. experience.I am versatile and able to play in many different quays.
Yours Respectfully
Larry Addled (ex Boogaloo)

Hi Guys,
What a fantastic show on the Isle of Wight sharing the evening with Oli Brown and his band certainly made for one fantastic gig.
To my shame I’d not seen you before but I certainly will again
after this set.Thanks for signing DVD (which is great) and the live CD is a cracker.Good informative website as well,boy theres some real talent down there in Essex.
Anyway again thanks so much for such a superb and driving set.
Pete.

Sorry to hear about Dennis and Ronnie. Not doing the pub thing anymore - bit of a raspberry ripple these days. Living in the wilds of South West Ireland, so if you fancy a working holiday next spring, I’d be happy to organise a small tour for you (4 or 5 gigs maybe). Fatbastad Promotions could ride again eh...? You have the email anyway if you’re interested.

Remember it? How could I forget 25 yards of sand on the pub floor in the middle of January! I don’t know if you’ve heard that Dennis sadly left us in July. Ronnie’s not doing too good currently either. Dunno about John. Me’n’Mick doing fine. Trust you’re well? Still in the pub game? Would you like to book our new band... "Stert and the nerns" ha ha.

G’day chaps. Just been listening to my old Acme recording of Live Dynamite. Remember the beach party in the Park? Keep on rockin’.
