as you all should be aware there is yet another
fantastic SAIBA event taking place at the
Wheatsheaf Pub in West Bromwich 17th October 2009
The SAIBA Curry`oke Nite.
Where you can eat a Bostin Curry and Bost a song
or two off on the karaoke.
Upfront is renowned for its Huge and varied song
selection.
If you want to find out if i have certain songs
please email Stuart before the night
If i haven`t got it i`ll get it.
Upfront Karaoke gets very very busy where ever it
plays so make sure your there early.
See you all for another SAIBA bostin night out
and lets raise lots and lots of lolly for SAIBA.

Hi, SAIBA crew just to say that Gary and myself had a great time at the winter wind down on the 1st feb.
The food was awesome and the beer was good and we had a good fun night.
Thanks to Stuart for the transport and arrangements etc..
back to Shape Up Saiba now..

Hello SAIBA!
I would just like to comment on the SAIBA activities of 2007.
2007 was a very good year allthe events and especially the holiday to Crete were extremely successful.
I am hoping that 2008 will be as good, if not better. The new SAIBA Shape Up should soon get under way, to help and encourage members to become more healthy and happy!

Hi there from your resident Disc Jockey
To all who were at the Crosswells for the Christmas
Party. Thanks for Making UPFRONT DISCO so very
welcome on the night.I myself had a bostin time
stuffing myself with glorious food , J20`s and
playing lots of tunes which i hope you all enjoyed.
Mary say`s she was sorry she couldn`t be there but
would like to say thanks for sending her some of the
wonderful food and for the phone call and best wishes
on the night
Also what a superb meal we had on tuesday night at
the Wagon and Hosses. It was great to see everybody
again.
Finally , on behalf of UPFRONT DISCO and Terry and
Mary may i wish you all a very Merry Christmas and
Happy 2008

Hi all, glad the holiday went well, lookung at the gjest book I think we did well.
No fight nights or symilar, it looks like everyonehad the holday that they whanted, thank god or who ever. Who’s booking the next one and where are we going?

I still don’t know who I am! Still haven’t caught up with ordinary life yet after the most wonderful holiday that had everything you could wish for, lovely hotel and staff,excellent food, cold beer gorgeous weather, oh and the company wasn’t bad either.
Just like to say thanks to Sandra for a lovely evening and more good food. Should have some holiday snaps for Leon soon.

Hi folks
*Just got back from what was probably the best SAIB HOLIDAY THAT I’VE BEEN N. WE ALL WISHED WE’D BOOKED FOR TWO Week. Still maybe next time. Sorry to be back, but we havee had some excitement. We’ve finallly worked out how to get onto the net again after changing over. Good news is that our email addressese stay the saume. the other excitement is that we have a new eddition to the family. His name is Benson, and he is a four year old Black labrador.
