Dear Leon,
I live in staten island and train at atlas gym on arthur kill. I’m 31 years old and do construction in the union, im a laborer in 731 . I do concrete, asphalt and other various physical laborus jobs. I train old school cause thats what i was taught, and it works best. I squat, bench, bentover row, dip, chin, curl, milatary press, and etc. Iwould love to meet w you and discuss training. I would like to compete in bodybuilding and i need someone thats old school to give me insight. Your pics are very insparational. You capture the rugedness of old school bodybuilding

Leon. My dad owned Lady Astor’s restaurant in NYC 430 Lafayette St in the lower village across from the Joe Papts theatre. I had the pleasure of meeting you in the 70s. I was surprised when I came accross your site.
