Check your lease & it should be a ’Tenancy at Will’.
The market management will say you have to give them at least 2 weeks notice or you will lose your deposit.
This is A LIE!
You can leave at the end of any week your rent is paid up to & legally entitled to your deposit being returned.
Please check your facts by googling ’Tenancy At Will’
IMPORTANT FACT; "Most leases of business premises enable the tenant to acquire security of tenure. One of the requirements for the lease to to acquire security of tenure is that it should be for a fixed or periodic term. Thus one way in which this can be avoided is to create a Tenancy At Will. This is a form of tenancy which does not have any fixed length and neither is there any requirement for notice to be given by either party in order to bring it to an end. it is exactly what it says - it can be brought to an end by the will of the parties at any time and without notice."

It seems that when the Stables Market consortium allegedly acquired the SCSMC website they didn’t realise that the Forum was independently active.

For those of you who missed it first time round, do read the previous posts when you have time - some straight from the horse’s mouth (Stables management) - and familiarise yourselves with the realities, truths, and lies, which contributed to the fast approaching demise of the Stables Market we know and love.

I’m just waiting for the announcement of the name change from Stables Market to the Proud Market.
I’m not sure, but I’m guessing they can’t get much more signs pointing the way to the Proud pub - are their punters really that stupid that they can’t find their way to it without someone holding their hand. |

let me first introduce myself; my name is Hugo Braun I am Dutch, and I am at this moment working on my thesis for my master course in European Urban Cultures. I am using Camden Garden/stables/markets as a case study in order to identify a specific type of identity shoppers (this is in short my research design). After some googling for recent policies and development on and in the area I found this site, but I can’t seem to locate the policy document you are signing a petition against. But if I understand your posts correctly, the stables have been torn down already?! And is it only the stables which have been torn down?
I hope somebody can provide me with some answers!

| why are you worried about Roi standing up to Bebo, why should he , Bebo pays him a very good wage, he does what he is paid for, some of us have morals, he obviously has none without conscience and sleeps well, He is also a bully, remember bullies are people who have been bullied in their lives.Cant think who bullies him. |
