Chairmans Report 2009 - 2010 Season
Well we had a great season finishing runners up to Bedfont who seemed to be in complete control throughout the season, with a couple of exceptions.
One being our masterful and amazing result in the Beaconsfield Invitational Cup, which saw Rangers coming from two down in the first half to overhaul them comfortably by three goals to two in the second half.
Credit here also goes to the players from Martin Baker who very successfully blended with our selected players to acheive a great cup run and a superb final result.
Our end of season prize giving was very successful also with honours justly merited as follows:
Manager’s player Adam White, who had a magnificent season in the centre of the park.
Player’s player Adam Hodgson who was solid at centre back all season and has been a great asset to the club since joining this season.
Most improved player this season is Jas Samra who partnered Adam at the back and did nothing wrong all season.
All three were on top form and it must have been a nightmare for the managers to decide.
Not wishing to forget the manager and his team, Dave, Glen and their team were superb all season and got it right when it was needed and I know that the squad feel proud to put on the shirt for them and I am sure that they will building steadily now for the forthcoming season.
