Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and found it very comfortable and had a lovely brekfast. Would definatly reccomend to anyone staying overnight in Sunderland, Great quality and great for price.

| Thanks for my stay with you. Short stopover but my room (No 7) was spotless and my breakfast was also excellent. Didn’t catch her name in the dining room but please pass on my regards. Have no doubts that next tim ein the area I’ll try and book with you. |

Hi Karen
Thank you so much for looking after the four of us last Friday before headed off on our Coast to Coast to Coast 24 hour challenge. I could tell you thought we were all completely mad, and you are probably right, but a good night’s rest and the use of your dining room so early on Saturday, was just what we needed before that 6am start from the beach. To have two cars parked in secure parking till well into Sunday was an unexpected surprise and very convenient to us, thank you so much. Room was excellent and really tidy and comfortable. Staff were great and really friendly, and the breakfast was great.
Parking right outside which was good. and for the price, everything was great. will definatly stay again and recommend...

Had the top room, which was a sunny delight. I normally don’t bother with the breakfasts...., but was pleasantly shocked;  it is very good. Staff smiling and helpful. WiFi easy to access. Street parking actually available. A no risk option.  |

The third consecutive year of staying here whilst taking part in the GNR and once again we had a fabulous weekend. This B&B is one of the most comfortable, clean and friendly I’ve ever stayed in and the full english breakfast is a must!!
